When you purchase a licence from stageschoolmusicals.com you will receive terms and conditions specific to your performance/licence. The terms and conditions will state the title, the number of performances, the venue and the performance times, changes you may and may not make to the material. The fee stated will be based on the information you provide to us. Additional performances or changes to your requirememnts after you have confirmation of your licence may result in a revised fee which may be more than the original fee.  

We allow all of our titles to be recorded at no extra cost on the understanding the material will be distributed for free to participants and parents/guardians only. If you wish to distribute the material online or with people outside of the aforementioned, you will require a commerical recording licence which will need seperate negotiation. This may be a fixed or ongoing cost depending on the intended use. Recording specifically referrs to theatrical presentations (ie performances in a theatre space) and not to film or cinematic reproductions of the work. Please note you are completely responsible for obtaining photo release and parental consent for any and all recordings made. 

All work, including words, lyrics, musical compositions, arrangments, preview scripts, preview scores, marketing images and videos are protected by UK copyright law, all rights reserved.
